Contact usFounded in 2012, panrise has focused on litigation finance as an asset class since 2017. We advise law firms, investors and corporates on all structuring, strategic and financial matters related to litigation funding.
Working with international litigation funders and investors, we have built a strong track record in German and Austrian commercial and consumer damage claims. To date, panrise has acted as lead advisor on 17 litigation funding facilities with a total capital commitment of approx. EUR 96 million (as of October 2026). The committed capital has mainly been deployed in our own litigation projects in connection with our claim aggregation platform Claimback.

BMW Dieselgate
Following the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling on illegal defeat devices and the German Federal Court of Justice (BGH) decision on differential damages of June 2023, BMW diesel owners can claim compensation for the loss in value of their cars. Via Claimback, they can have their claims checked free of charge and pursue them without any cost risk.
